My Story
I've been practising yoga for 40 years and teaching since 1994. Having initially trained in the Sivananda style, I have since practised many traditions including Iyengar, Yin, Scaravelli, Satyananda, and Vinyasa.
Over the years, I have taught diverse groups of people ranging from; children to teenagers, private individual classes, pregnant women, and in prisons and drug rehabilitation centres. Today, my classes are taught using a combination of these different styles of yoga, at a slower pace with awareness of the breath. My classes are accessible to everyone; we all work at our own pace in yoga. I too am a student continually learning, and I am grateful for all my yoga teachers along my life's journey.
